- Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed. Camps Australia Wide Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
- You must notify us within 4 weeks of shipping date as recorded in your account if you have not received an item.
- All books are posted using Australia Post, transit time is generally 5 working days, for WA & NT transit time is 10 working days.
- Free Standard Australia wide shipping for orders over $70. Standard postage rates apply to orders under $70. The Express Post options will incur an additional fee.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is applicable to purchases made from via www.campsaustraliawide.com only.
All cancellations and refunds must be processed within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please ensure the books meet your requirements at the time of receiving your order.
All product exchanges must be made within 7 day of the date of delivery. Please ensure the books meet your requirements at the time of receiving your order.
Camps Australia Wide will issue all return freight labels for refunds or exchanges via Australia Post and must be approved by the Camps admin staff before receipt of the products in our warehouse.
All items must be returned in saleable condition, any damage to the products in transit will incur full charges and no exchange or refunds. It will then be the customers responsibility to pay any freight charges for return of the product to them.
All cancellations and exchanges will incur the following charges also;
$19 Freight charge for the return item
$19 Freight for any replacement item on exchange
$15 Restocking fee, this is the handling fee for the administration and warehouse costs associated with the returns process.
Any printing errors made by Camps Australia Wide during production will be replaced at our cost.
Refunds or exchanges based on design, layout, book formatting, size, weight or any other personal preferences will not be covered for replacement and will incur charges as described above.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase.
Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have guaranteed legal right for goods and services you buy.
These are called consumer guarantees, and include a guarantee the goods:
- are of acceptable quality, such that the goods are free from defects, safe and durable;
- match any description
- are fit for any disclosed purpose; and
- match any sample or demonstration model.
If the goods we supply do not meet a consumer guarantee, we will meet our obligation under the Australia Consumer Law to provide a remedy.
There may be circumstances in which the consumer guarantees do not apply, such as where the item became unacceptable due to fair wear and tear, or the customer’s misuse, or failure to take reasonable care.
